Apart from the arrival of wildfire smoke, Metro Detroit has had a weekend of heat and storms. Sunday is wrapping up with partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will settle into the mid-60s overnight, providing great sleeping weather with low humidity. If you are headed out late Sunday, a light jacket may be needed.
Air Quality will vary across the U.P. so be sure to limit your time outdoors if you have certain health conditions. The haze will improve further by Monday with rain looking to move in Tuesday. Rain showers are set to move in late Tuesday and some could even storms which could bring the relief we need.
