Getting Doncic or Reaves the ball when they are already on the move makes life easier for both players and makes them even more difficult for an opponent to defend.

After a loss to the Brooklyn Nets on March 10, Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves called himself out for his own poor shooting in the defeat, saying that he needs to "play better." Since that loss, Reaves has scored at least 28 points in four straight games—including two 30-point games in that span—while shooting 52.9% from the field.

Luka Dončić and LeBron James may get most of the credit, but the Lakers wouldn't be serious contenders without Austin Reaves, too.
