Portnoy and Barstool Sports are expected to play a part in FS1's coverage in the near future. Front Office Sports' Ryan Glasspiegel reported that Portnoy is nearing a deal with the channel that would see him join its college football pregame program, "Big Noon Kickoff."

On Thursday, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy announced that his company is officially partnering with Fox Sports and Big Noon Kickoff. Reports of a partnership between the two first surfaced on Wednesday. Portnoy provided more details in a message posted to his social media.

On weekdays, Portnoy and top personalities, like Portnoy and Dan (Big Cat) Katz, would be part of a Barstool-produced daily show on FS1 that is expected to compete directly with ESPN’s “Get Up,” hosted by Mike Greenberg, and Stephen A. Smith’s “First Take.”
