MAGA-friendly TV channel Newsmax is throwing shade at Fox News for tiptoeing around the controversy surrounding President Donald Trump’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files. Anchor Rob Schmitt suggested that Fox News hosts are “terrified” to cover MAGA’s uproar over the Trump administration’s decision not to release any more information on the late convicted sex offender.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday dismissed the outrage within his party over the Jeffrey Epstein files as “bull—t,” rebuking his own supporters for buying into what he called a “Jeffrey Epstein Hoax” and declaring he no longer wanted the backing of “weaklings.”

Maurene Comey, who is the daughter of the former F.B.I. director James Comey, worked on the criminal cases against Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell.
