Lil Wayne will make an appearance at UFC 318 in New Orleans this Saturday, July 19. The event will take place at Smoothie King Center. Dustin Poirier and Lightweight champion, Max Holloway headline the event.
UFC lightweight fighter Dustin Poirier says Lil Wayne will walk him out at UFC 318 but he’s keeping his usual track.
After hinting at the possibility in recent weeks, Poirier (30-9 MMA, 22-8 UFC) confirmed Wednesday that rap legend Lil Wayne will accompany him during his final UFC walk. Lil Wayne's presence won't deter Poirier from sticking with his classic walkout music, however. Poirier will still walk to James Brown's "The Boss" as he long has.
