Michael Conforto had three hits and scored twice, Shohei Ohtani took another encouraging step back on the mound in his recovery from elbow surgery and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the San Francisco Giants 2-1 to end a seven-game losing streak.

The Dodgers finally got back in the win column after dropping seven straight as the team outlasted the Giants 2-1 on Saturday.

Shohei Ohtani pitched three scoreless innings, Alex Vesia emerged from a bases-loaded jam in the eighth and the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers snapped a seven-game losing streak with a 2-1 victory over the San Francisco Giants on Saturday afternoon.

Logan Webb allowed six runs and a splash hit to Shohei Ohtani, but Jung Hoo Lee and Willy Adames each tripled and drove in three apiece.

Willy Adames homered in the second inning and hit a two-run triple in San Francisco’s five-run fifth to back Logan Webb’s win, and the Giants sent the rival Los Angeles Dodgers to their seventh straight loss with an 8-7 victory.
