KGW meteorologist have called a Weather Impact Alert, warning of intense heat this weekend as Portland may hit 90 degrees, nearing record highs.

KGW has issued a Weather Impact Alert for this Saturday, Sunday and Monday, as the Portland metro area could see its first 90-degree days of the year. Saturday could reach a high of 89-90 degrees.
