The mother of a missing 6-year-old North Texas boy last seen in November of 2022 was added to the FBI's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, officials announced Tuesday.

Arshdeep Singh altered his company's cash deposit records and removed $10,000 in cash before depositing $8,000 of that into his own account, Chief Spencer said.

Cindy Rodriguez Singh, who is wanted for the 2022 murder of her 6-year-old son, Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, is now on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list, authorities said Tuesday.
