The biennial Michigan Big Tree Hunt is back and inviting outdoor adventurers to join in on a statewide search for Michigan’s biggest trees.
Releaf Michigan started the Big Tree Hunt in 1993. The nonprofit was founded in 1988 by a group of arborists who wanted to address the depleting tree canopy in Michigan.
