The 2020 Toyota Supra will debut next month at the Detroit auto show, but before then we'll see the GR Supra Super GT race car concept in Tokyo.

TOM’s Racing has previewed the six creations it is bringing to the Tokyo Auto Salon. The first car heading to Tokyo is a modified Toyota Century.

This Supra concept previews a GT500-class race car for the 2020 Super GT racing series. The series primarily takes place in Japan, with a stop in Thailand. It comprises two classes, GT500 and GT300.

But the newest game in the Tokyo Xtreme Racer franchise is somehow pulling it off, making old-style racing games seem brand new once again.

The Toyota Supra Mk IV from "The Fast and the Furious" belonged to Craig Lieberman, technical director of the film series and all-around car nut.

But the taillights will likely be the first thing Japanese sports car enthusiasts will notice, as Gazoo Racing itself says the lamps were meant to recall those found on the fourth-gen Toyota Supra.

Digital artist Jon Pumfrey/DomesticMango has put together his usual GTA 5 mod, mixing a wild widebody Nissan Skyline with the Supra's orange paint and graphics.
