D.R. Horton said earnings in its September quarter increased 19% as the home builder posted higher orders and closings across most of the country.

At the end of the resolution, the document names D.R. Horton, Chris Ingram and Ascension Properties. But Ingram's attorney says it is "simply not true" that his company is involved with D.R. Horton.
