Randy noted that the setup starts well before the holiday season. With roughly 125 pieces out on display and nearly 40 more packed away, the holiday Christmas village never stops growing.

Participants will enter an authentically recreated Bethlehem Village with approximately 60 characters in full costume. Camels, sheep and other animals will complete the setting.
