Sweet began writing songs for the Full Circle album (shown above) in 2019’s pre-pandemic. The project was shelved, and the band released Isolation Boulevard instead.

To prepare the filling, in a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together with a fork. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
