The Tropicana sign, one of 25 now lighted within the Neon Boneyard, is the first of what the museum hopes to be many artifacts displayed from the hotel that opened in 1957.

RACHEL spent time at the Tropicana before the resort closed down. "It was really meaningful to capture 90 stories in 10 days. RACHEL's been able to collect 800 stories to date," Berger said.
