This report describes the restoration of a tooth with a complicated incisor crown-root fracture that extended below both the gingival cuff and the alveolar crest, by using remaining tooth tissue.

A conservative estimate of one complicated crown fracture, per GDP per year would indicate 417 complicated crown fractures attended GDPs for treatment in the previous year in the study population.
