A Kansas City man who printed sexually explicit cartoon images of children at a public library has been convicted of child pornography.

Cartoon images of child abuse were a "huge" problem in Japan and the practice had started finding its way into computer games, he said.

A 22-year-old man has been jailed for two years after being caught with indecent images of children.

Clarksville police arrested a man Tuesday, after dozens of child pornography images were found on his computer.
