Toby Fox has shared that Deltarune’s next chapter is nearly complete while also detailing the plans for the Undertale sequel’s wider commercial release.

Toby Fox has issued a status update on Deltarune, the sequel to 2015's Undertale, saying it's been much harder to make, but outlines for every chapter in the game are now complete.

“Deltarune” is also populated by monsters, and it includes “Undertale’s” main characters like Toriel, your mother, and Asriel, your brother who recently went off to college.

Deltarune also launched to a peak of 133,930 concurrent players, as SteamDB shows, which is a far cry (and a 12,865% increase) from Undertale's day one player peak of 1,041.
