A former substitute teacher in Fair Lawn, N.J., was arrested Wednesday for allegedly masturbating inside Thomas Jefferson Middle School twice last week.

A former school district employee masturbated in the halls of a middle school in Bergen County twice, prosecutors said.

John Stewart, 33, was working at the school when the incidents occurred on two separate days earlier this month.
