Blogger's Layout feature enables you to update elements of your template hassle-free, and it is especially helpful for those not familiar with HTML and cascading style sheets, or CSS.

Click "Template" from the left menu, then click the "Edit HTML" button under the thumbnail of your template. A new window appears. Find the header code block in the text window.
