GM has issued a safety recall for the 2024 Chevy Colorado related to a fuel tank lock ring issue that could cause a fire in the event of a crash or accident.

The hazards: with a loose fuel tank lock ring, the jolt caused by a crash or other impact the 2024 GMC Canyon may be involved in could cause the lock ring to open.
