IELTS Goes Fully Computer-Based in India From September 2026
Candidates can take the paper-based IELTS only until August 2026, after which they can choose between IELTS on Computer and IELTS on Computer (Writing on Paper).
The candidates who want to take the paper based test will have 3 opportunities before the format is completely discontinued.
