Igloo recently expanded a worldwide recall of a specific cooler that could amputate fingers. Since the original recall in February, 78 people have been injured, and 26 fingers have been lost.

Igloo Products Corp., located in Katy, Texas, recalled about 1,060,000 coolers on Feb. 13 for the same pinching fingertips issue. Also recalled: about 47,000 coolers in Canada and 23,000 in Mexico.
