Loretto Academy headed to the Class 5A state volleyball playoffs in the private schools division.

Loretto, Valor College Prep and Nolensville each earned TSSAA state volleyball titles in Class A, AA and AAA, respectively.

The Loretto Academy girls golf team has qualified for the TAPPS State Golf Tournament in Temple. "It's been a great experience with this team," Loretto Academy coach Jason Cadena said.

Loretto volleyball set a school record for wins this season, but the Lady Mustangs settled for their third state runner-up finish in four years.
