The Vikings were without several key players during Wednesday's practice ahead of a tough contest with the Ravens at U.S. Bank Stadium this Sunday. Running back Aaron Jones (shoulder/toe), safety Theo Jackson (concussion), and Josh Oliver (foot) were among five players who did not practice on Wednesday, though only four of those were due to injury.
The Houston Texans will be without their starting quarterback for the Week 10 meeting with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Three other players did not practice Wednesday: Cornerback Taron Johnson (groin), defensive tackle DaQuan Jones (calf), and linebacker Shaq Thompson (hamstring), while wide receiver Joshua Palmer (ankle) and linebacker Terrell Bernard (ankle) were both limited.
The good news for the Jaguars is that they had three players practice fully who missed Sunday's game, including a very key player in Devin Lloyd. Lloyd has missed the last two games after sustaining a calf injury in Week 6 vs. the Seattle Seahawks, and he has not practiced in full since then.
Buffalo Bills CB Christian Benford added to team's Week 10 injury report with a groin issue ahead of matchup vs. Miami Dolphins.
Miles Frazier returned to the field at Detroit Lions practice on Wednesday, opening his 21-day window to be reinstated from injured reserve.
The injury report for the Pittsburgh Steelers as they prepare for their Week 9 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts looks more like a roster of its own than a list.
The NFL fined the Baltimore Ravens $100,000 for violating its Injury Report Policy by incorrectly listing quarterback Lamar Jackson’s practice participation status on Friday, Oct. 24, the league announced.
