The affected batch of cream top, whole raw milk from Fresno-based Raw Farm, has a lot code of 20241109 and a "Best By" date of Nov. 27, 2024, according to the California Department of Public Health.

Specifically, many of the salmonella illnesses were traced back to a Fresno supplier called Raw Farm, a self-identified seller of raw, or unpasteurized, milk, cheese and cream.

The affected batch of cream top, whole raw milk from Fresno-based Raw Farm, has a lot code of 20241109 and a "Best By" date of Nov. 27, 2024, according to the California Department of Public Health.
