The old Red Cross building was used in WW1. Developers have proposed a plan to demolish it in order to make way for a gazebo.

TEXARKANA, Ark. – Texarkana Arkansas Mayor Allen Brown cut the ribbon on Saturday for the dedication of a new gazebo to a local pillar of the community.
