At least 11 people were arrested during a Border Patrol operation in south Sacramento Thursday morning, officials said. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said that they had received a call about armed, masked men in the parking lot of the Home Depot on Florin Road, near Highway 99, shortly after 7:45 a.m.

According to the news release, the center received a call at around 7:57 a.m from a resident who said that a neighbor asked them to report a suspected home break-in on the 4500 block of the Parkway neighborhood. Deputies responded to the scene and found that it was not a break-in but a U.S. Border Patrol operation.

Court documents show a man with the same name as a man arrested in Thursday has been ordered to be removed from the U.S. at least twice in the past.
