TORONTO: Spin Master has inked a deal to acquire app makers Toca Boca and Sago Mini from Sweden's Bonnier Group.

Toca Boca and Sago Mini both emphasize children's natural sense of curiosity, experimentation and self-expression and combined have over 15 million monthly active users globally.

Spin Master, a children's entertainment company, will acquire app makers Toca Boca and Sago Mini from the Bonnier Group of Sweden.
