The last Sundance Film Festival in Utah will include a tribute to Robert Redford and fond remembrances of Park City memories, the festival's director announced.

The 2026 Sundance Film Festival is scheduled to run in person Jan. 22-Feb. 1 in Park City and Salt Lake City, with online programming offered Jan. 29-Feb. 1. The program will include more than 90 feature films and more than 50 short films, plus episodic projects and Beyond Film talks and panel discussions, according to Hernandez.

Robert Redford earned recognition as both a leading man, most memorably as the Sundance Kid in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), and as an Academy Award-winning director for Ordinary People (1980).
