Newly released terms of a proposal to build a new $2.1 billion Tennessee Titans stadium offer a glimpse into negotiations over what could be the largest deal of its kind in Nashville's history.

The Titans said the stadium started to take shape at the beginning of 2025. Last month, they started building out the first seating sections. Construction began one year ago.
