Microsoft has released a new update that slightly improves the Windows OOBE process. These new updates apply to all Windows 11 versions, and also on some Windows 10 versions, ie, 20H2, 21H2, and 22H2.

There is new evidence now that suggests that the general availability (GA) release date for Windows 11 23H2 isn't too far away. The latest leak happens to be in the form of ISO download links.
