ABILENE, Texas - Residents of the Windsor Hotel attended a meeting in order to discuss changes coming to the property. These changes did not sit well with most residents.

But at the opening celebration for the new DoubleTree by Hilton, many said the hotel will be the cherry on top for Abilene development. The lobby hallway was filled with dignitaries and well-wishers.
