Sean “P. Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy Records and the Island Def Jam Music Group (IDJMG) have reached an agreement regarding their dispute over the signing of R&B group 112.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy Records has terminated its joint venture with Arista. Combs leaves with full ownership of Bad Boy and the label’s complete artist roster and back catalog.
