Rhode Island State Representative Enrique Sanchez was charged by Cranston Police with refusal to submit to a chemical test, a charge of Obedience to traffic control devices and one count of driving under the influence.

Providence state Rep. Enrique Sanchez has been arrested and charged with drunk driving in Cranston, and police cited him for refusing a sobriety test, according to Col. Michael Winquist. The second-term Democrat pleaded not guilty and was released after his arraignment Monday morning.
