Starbucks will offer a rare perk on Monday: free coffee. Under CEO Brian Niccol, the coffee chain has drastically reduced its deals and giveaways in an attempt to boost its bottom line.

The offer for a free, tall (12 fl. oz) hot or brewed ice coffee is good at all Starbucks stores in the U.S. is good anytime Monday, but there's a catch.
