The IRS denied an employer’s request for tax adjustments or refunds on uncashed 401(a) retirement plan distributions, according to an agency revenue ruling Wednesday.

The program provided by the Community Foundation and United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties relies on a team of more than 100 volunteers.
