WWE superstar John Cena is now one of the biggest action stars on the planet and according to his birth chart, he was born for big, big things.

John Dee served as Queen Elizabeth I’s court astrologer and conducted séances in an attempt to speak to angels.

John Dee was quite the character. Born in 1527, the Renaissance thinker was interested in all sorts of stuff, from mathematics, geometry, and astronomy to astrology, alchemy, and the occult.

His collection included tomes on love, history, astrology, alchemy and more, a demonstration of the breadth of his interest. Many of the books in the exhibit have notes in Dee's own hand.

Mathematician and astrologer John Dee, a confidant of England's Queen Elizabeth I, was also an avid occultist and allegedly used this obsidian mirror to talk to spirits.

Dee dabbled in all kinds of investigations, attempting to contact angels and demons, developing advanced algebra, pursuing alchemical dead-ends while also practicing both astrology and astronomy.
