A hearing involving King Soopers and striking union workers took place Thursday. The grocery store has filed for a restraining order against striking workers citing safety concerns.

King Soopers says it's an issue of customer safety. The union says it's an attempt to silence and intimidate picketers.

"I go home and I'll cook a big pot of soup and bring it out when most everybody's here and good and tired and drained, so at least they're full.”
