SYRACUSE, N.Y. — There's a new spot to shove off on Onondaga Creek. A new launch point for kayakers and canoers opened in Kirk Park today, with Mayor Ben Walsh on hand to cut the ribbon.

Sloans Lake, Washington Park, City Park and Confluence Park are all must-see spots, and the Trust for Public Land’s ParkScore rated Denver’s park system as the 10th best in the country.
