The Huntington Summer Arts Festival marks 60 years of showcasing Long Island artists, offering free performances and celebrating local culture in Heckscher Park.

The Marshall Community Center, dedicated on July 2, 1965, will mark its 60th anniversary with a public celebration at the facility from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday.
