ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — HSN is moving many of its operations from Pinellas County to its parent company’s campus in West Chester, Pa.

Since the foundation started operations in late May, thousands of desperate and hungry Palestinians have come to its four aid sites early each morning hoping to obtain food.
