Where the full-fat 14900K has P-core clocks of 3.2 GHz (base) and 6.0 GHz (max turbo), the T variant is 1.1 and 5.5 GHz respectively. For reference, the non-K 14900 is 2.0 and 5.8 GHz.

So, with a small performance increase gen-on-gen on top of a price hike, and an increase in peak power consumption, Intel will have a tough time convincing 12th and 13th Gen owners to upgrade.
