Despite hundreds of leads and a multistate manhunt, a convicted double murderer and an experienced fugitive keep evading capture – 13 days after they escaped from a New Orleans jail.

Eight other inmates who escaped from the Orleans Justice Center on May 16 have been captured. There is a $50,000 reward each for the remaining two.
