Lewis Haines, 31, of Flemish Court, Lamphey, Pembrokeshire, appeared at Swansea Crown Court on Friday accused of murdering 18-year-old Lily Sullivan in south-west Wales.

The scaffolding collapsed shortly before 9.30am (Singapore time 3.30pm), falling “like a house of cards”, according to one witness.
