A new $4 million park officially opened on the west side of Provo. It provides easy access to the Provo River Delta, and officials said it's an investment in the preservation of the area.

For the new St. Cloud outdoor waterpark, with pool, water slides and lazy river, the YMCA needs $5 million raised by Labor Day for construction to start this year.
