Tasting Table crafted its list of the best diners in the country. One Pennsylvania diner made the cut.

The couple said they kept the diner’s popular soup and salad bar after hearing from former John’s Diner customers and expanded it to an endless offering.

"Livingston seemed to have a demand here for a restaurant of this caliber," said Hugo Diaz, who formerly managed The Almond Tree in Oakdale. Blueberry Hill serves breakfast and lunch.
