Uber drivers in Johannesburg have embarked on a strike, leaving commuters stranded this morning. According to a statement by the SABC, the drivers were expected to gather in Kramerville before marching to the e-hailing company’s headquarters in Parktown. The drivers have urged Uber users to seek alternative transport.
