An Iowa family bought a home in Urbandale only to be told they needed to use a Waukee address in order to get mail delivered.

Urbandale is looking to clear up some confusion about where its borders end and Grimes and Johnston begin. The majority of Urbandale addresses fall into one of two ZIP codes: 50322 or 50323.

Emergency vehicles are on scene. The Department of Transportation reported a crash in Urbandale around 6 a.m. Tuesday. Cars blocked the westbound right lanes along 35/80 near 100th Street.
