A Democratic Mississippi state senator introduced a “Contraception Begins at Erection Act” that could make it illegal for men to masturbate or engage in any sexual activity without the “intent to fertilize an embryo.

Mississippi state Senator Bradford Blackmon, a Democrat, introduced a bill this week that seeks to ban men from masturbating or engaging in other sexual acts when they have no "intent to fertilize an embryo.

The bill would prohibit men from having sex or masturbating unless they intend to fertilize an embryo, with a couple exceptions.

The legislation introduced by state Sen. Bradford Blackmon would make it unlawful for “a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo."
