The hearing will take place at 6 p.m. Aug. 14 at Penn Township Volunteer Fire Company, located at 1750 Pine Road.

Weather permitting, county officials will spray for mosquitos in Carlisle, North Middleton Township and South Middleton Township from dusk to 11 p.m. Thursday, Monday and Tuesday.
